John Sadler joined Fairfield Geotechnologies in January 2025 as Vice President of Business Development, bringing three decades of experience in Business Development and Sales to the team. In addition to his responsibilities as Vice President, John provides a unique perspective to Fairfield Geotechnologies through his extensive expertise in seismic asset development and organic growth.

Prior to joining Fairfield, John played a key role in developing 3D seismic programs across nearly every onshore basin in North America. His deep industry knowledge and strategic fiscal approach have contributed to the success of numerous customer projects throughout his career supporting our industry partners.

John earned his undergraduate degree in 1994 from the University of Houston, obtaining a B.B.A. in Marketing and Production and Operations Management. He furthered his education by earning a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Houston in 2000.
