This Site collects two general types of information:

You will be notified about data breaches when Fairfield Geotechnologies believes you are likely to be at risk or serious harm or we are otherwise required to do so by applicable law. For example, a data incident may be likely to result in unauthorized access to your financial information that could cause you harm. If Fairfield Geotechnologies becomes aware of a security incident that will result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information Fairfield Geotechnologies will promptly investigate the matter and notify you and, where appropriate, government agencies as and to the extent required by applicable law.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
