[HOUSTON, April 9, 2026] – Fairfield Geotechnologies, a leader in high-resolution multi-client seismic solutions, today announced the expansion of its Delaware Basin data library with the addition of the Big Eddy 3D seismic survey in Eddy and Lea Counties, New Mexico.
Big Eddy 3D is immediately available for licensing and seamless integration with Fairfield’s existing Delaware Basin seismic surveys, supporting operators focused on development optimization, infill drilling strategies, spacing refinement, and long-term resource planning.
Spanning approximately 388 square miles, Big Eddy 3D strengthens Fairfield’s northern Delaware Basin footprint and fills a key coverage gap within the company’s broader Permian Basin portfolio. The addition enhances survey continuity across one of North America’s most active development corridors and further solidifies Fairfield’s position as a leading provider of basin-scale seismic insight across premium-tier acreage.
Strategically positioned between Quail Ridge West, Red Tank, and Cedar Canyon (an industry-leading HTD 3D program) in New Mexico, the survey strengthens integration across Fairfield’s adjacent programs and improves interpretive consistency throughout the northern Delaware Basin. The addition reflects Fairfield’s ongoing commitment to aligning its data portfolio with active development trends and operator priorities in the region.
“This expansion represents a meaningful step forward in the continued growth of our Delaware Basin portfolio,” said Joe Dryer, President and CEO of Fairfield Geotechnologies. “Our strategy is centered on anticipating our clients’ needs and investing in high-quality seismic assets that enhance basin-scale understanding. By strengthening coverage in this core development area, we are reinforcing our commitment to delivering clarity, continuity, and confidence where it matters most.”
With one of the most expansive multi-client seismic data libraries across the Permian, Appalachian, and Niobrara Denver-Julesburg Basins, Fairfield Geotechnologies remains committed to disciplined portfolio growth, strategic market alignment, and delivering clarity with confidence in every major U.S. hydrocarbon region.
